The Pac 12 Report.

Let’s start with the power rankings this week.

1. Washington: Hard to put anyone else up here after they repped the Pac 12 really well in an extremely close game with Auburn. There loss was better than any other win this week in the Pac 12 so Washington remains number one.
2. Stanford: The Stanford offense absoloutely dominated San Diego State. I was extremely impressed with the Stanford passing game. KJ Costello threw four touchdowns. Bryce love didn’t dominate, but he didn’t have to and that is an excellent sign for this Stanford team. San Diego State is no slouch of a school either a good Pac 12 level dress rehearsal.
3. Oregon: Justin Herbert put on a show and Oregon dominated Bowling Green as they were supposed to.
4. USC: USC struggled through three quarters against UNLV. However J.T. Daniels took over and did his job in the fourth quarter. They get the nod over Utah because UNLV is better than Weber State.
5. Utah: Utah would be higher this week however they really struggled against the Weber State Wildcats through the first half. Even though the offense hit it’s stride in the second half you would have liked to see them dominate earlier.
6. Cal: The Golden Bears have something they have never really experienced, it looks like, a defense they picked off UNC four times.
7. Washington State: Surprisingly great beating down Wyoming.
8. Colorado: Took care of CSU. Steven Montez dominated with four touchdowns.
9. Arizona State: This team looks really talented on offense, though I understand it was just beating UTSA 49-0.
10. Oregon State: The fact they scored 30+ on an awesome Ohio State defense is actually really promising for this team. Come conference play this team could pull some upsets.
11. Arizona: A loss to BYU really hurts this team and the Pac 12’s image in general.
12. UCLA: Chip Kelly’s tenure starts embarrassingly with a loss to Cincinnati where they only put up 17 points.
