Welp that didn’t work. Is what I imagine was what Jeffery Lurie was thinking hours before firing Eagles Coach and GM Chip Kelly. Kelly’s failed Experiment with a revamped offense that on paper looks like its unstoppable ultimately got him booted right out of Philly. However his firing was relatively surprising in three years he racked up 26 wins and only 21 losses he did not have a terrible record on the field. Off the field things got shaky though from being called a racist to his players to trading All-star Half Back Lesean Mcoy and Decent Qb Nick Foles and getting two guys coming off acl tears. He did get Demarco Murray and kept the perennially injured Qb Sam Bradford healthy all year long, the problem….. Well Murray didn’t work at all in Kelly’s system and Bradford we learned is an average Qb. Moral of the story kids drafting a fantasy team in the NFL is not a winning recipe. However perhaps the most surprising aspect of Kelly’s dismissal was timing most coaching moves happen on so called black Monday the day after the regular season ends. So who else is going to be looking for a job come Tuesday? Well that’s a good question lets go through and see who is out of luck.

Colts-Chuck Pagano: This guy is literally out of luck which is why it is extremely unlikely they’ll win this week and miss the playoffs. This team was expected to win the Super bowl this year….. they were a train wreck from week one. Pagano bet on himself by not taking a contract extension last year but he just ran out of Luck.
Titans-Mike Mularkey: Taking over for Ken Wisenhunt at midseason he won 2 games so congrats I guess. Listen the titans just need a solid coach and a good offseason and they’ll be a division contender. Do I smell a Chip Mariota reunion?

Dolphins-Dan Campbell: Honestly I wouldn’t fire Dan Campbell who saved the Joe Philbin train wreck half way through the year. He’s going though I wouldn’t be surprised to see him end up in the college game or somewhere else in the NFL as a coordinator though.

Browns-Mike Pettine: Its not his fault the browns are a mess half of his job consisted of taking care and cleaning up after Johnny Manziel. He should end up coaching somewhere next year he deserves a second chance.

God all the coaching in this division was pretty good and the chargers just had an off year I don’t see anyone losing their job here. Maybe Mike Mcoy but I would be shocked.
Nfc East
Giants-Tom Coughlin: Everyone praises this guy I don’t see why. He is just a decent playoffs coach but you can’t get to the playoffs if you don’t win in the regular season. Plus Coughlin is like 80 I’m guessing he just retires before he drops dead on the side line.
Cowboys-Jason Garret: Id be shocked if this actually happened but it’s a possibility Jerry Jones could blame injuries losing Demarco Murray, global warming, isis all on Garret. He’s so loved by the players though so hed be coaching somewhere else in the League next year.
Nfc North
Lions-Jim Caldwell: Although no one wants to see this happen it most likely will. The Lions just started so so badly give Caldwell credit though before Aaron Rodgers used his massive arm to ruin the Lions season some thought they could run the table and they’ve not lost since that fateful night. But Caldwell will stay in the NFL.

Saints-Sean Payton: Well when you miss the playoffs two years in a row with Drew Brees you have a problem. I’m guessing Payton’s done and some saints’ fans probably will be saying good riddance.
Nfc West
49ers-Jim Tomsula: You screwed up when you ditched Alex Smith. You screwed up when you let Collin Kaepernick think he was an all-star. You screwed up when you let go of Jim Harbaugh. And you screwed up the most when you put a LINEBACKER COACH as your new head coach. Congrats you’re the browns of the Nfc.
Rams-Jeff Fischer: Good coach on the defensive side he’ll be a coordinator somewhere next year. Whoever inherits the Rams though is getting a very good team that has the next AP on it his initials are TG.
