NBA Power rankings don’t underestimate the Clippers

  • Cleveland Cavaliers: Lebron James and Kyrie Irving are scoring a combined 40 points per game and on the defensive end Kevin Love is getting 10 rebounds per game

T1- Los Angeles Clippers: Chris Paul continues to be an assist master and Blake Griffin rules the paint. Pair that with the number one defense in the league LA looks on its way.

3 Golden state Warriors: The Warriors started slow but have gotten the trio of Steph Curry Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant working to perfection now.

4 Toronto Raptors: Demar Derozan averaging 35 points a game is poised to challenge for the MVP currently. If they can get Kyle Lowry averaging above 20 points as he did last year then this team has a real shot to grab the number one seed in the east.

5 Atlanta Hawks: Paul Millsap can’t carry this team on his own don’t let their record deceive you.

6 San Antonio Spurs: Kawhai Leonard has another defensive player of the year in the bag if he keeps playing like this. The Spurs team ball is trying to strive above and make a case against the super team.

7 Portland Trail Blazers: Damian Lilard is coming into his own as a super star in this league and he’s taking Portland with him.

8 Houston Rockets: James Harden, that is all.

9 Utah Jazz: For the first time in a long time the Jazz are off to a good start. Rudy Gobert in the paint teamed with a superstar in Gordon Hayward make the Jazz a not so easy win night in and night out.

10 Oklahoma City thunder: I hope Russell Westbrook sees this blog and gets so mad he drops 60 in a game. Russ can only carry a team so far though, I mean seriously sometimes he looks like he’s going to die out on the court, someone else needs to step up in OKC.
