TDOIA: College Basketball Rankings

With the end of Football coming quickly upon us we look forward to the College Basketball season. This is where it gets big. Every Friday and Saturday evening a rankings piece will be released. The Friday piece dealing with the games in the week and Saturday evenings recapping a Saturday slate.

1. Villanova: Nova dominated yet another team on Saturday. UConn is not a tourney team but still a challenge in this midseason grind Nova is currently face. Jalen Brunson had 23 points and 4 assists.
2. Virginia: No games played Saturday. None of the teams beneath them in my opinion did enough to move ahead of them.
3. Kansas: KU showed brilliant gumption on a day when Billy Preston dropped out of the university. Getting a good win verse a very good Baylor team is enough for me to put them back In the top 3.
4. Duke: Took care of business against Pittsburgh. Why would they move down?
5. Purdue: Carson Edwards had another amazing game with 22 points and 8 assists. The Boilermakers shut down Iowa.
