Cleveland Browns – Josh Allen QB Wyoming The best QB available in the draft. Scouts are so blinded by analytics that they ignore the eye test on this guy. Yes you could say they take Barkley here, but honestly why risk losing the QB you want. The Browns need to take there QB at 1.
New York Giants – Josh Rosen QB UCLA With Josh Allen off the board the Giants will address the future of their QB position with arguably the next best option in this draft.
Indianapolis Colts – Saquon Barkley RB Penn State Best player in the draft and the Colts need a running back.
Cleveland Browns (from Hou) – Connor Williams OT Texas With the rebuilding process well underway on the defensive side of the ball the Browns want start bolstering the protection of their franchise QB. Even if they aren’t sure who that QB is yet.
Denver Broncos – Baker Mayfield QB Oklahoma Mayfield seems like Elway’s kind of guy. Huge competitor and an awesome mobile QB. This is the absolute best fit for the Broncos.
New York Jets – Bradley Chubb EDGE NC State This is a no brainer. The Jets need a game changer on defense. Chubb is a sure thing and the future of the EDGE position in the NFL.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Minkah Fitzpatrick CB Alabama The run on QBs gives Tampa the shot to poach an awesome defensive player.
Chicago Bears – Quenton Nelson OG Notre Dame Last year the Bears drafted their franchise QB, this year they need a monster to protect him. Quenton Nelson is a grinder in the trenches. Chicago can’t pass on him.
San Francisco 49ers – Calvin Ridley WR Alabama- They need a wide receiver, they get the best one.
Oakland Raiders – Tremaine Edmonds LB Virginia Tech At 6’5” 250 lbs Edmonds is a beast. Oakland’s defense would benefit greatly from a versatile playmaker that fits in any scheme, Edmonds is that guy.
Miami Dolphins – Sam Darnold QB USC I believe the Dolphins move on from Ryan Tannehill and Darnold falls to them at 11. Gase has never fully committed to Tannehill and a change seems necessary.
Cincinnati Bengals – Billy Price OL Ohio State Price has the ability to play anywhere on the offensive line. The Bengals have injury and talent issues all over their line. It’s a perfect fit.
Washington Redskins – Roquan Smith LB Georgia
Green Bay Packers – Josh Jackson CB Iowa If Josh Jackson was a super hero his special ability would be forcing turnovers. The Green Bay Packers added a stud corner in last year’s draft, but now they need to shore up the other side of the field.
Arizona Cardinals – Derwin James S Florida State
Baltimore Ravens – Dallas Goedert TE South Dakota State Joe Flacco needs a mid range weapon BADLY. Mike Wallace is his deep threat, Danny Woodhead is his dump off, and now Goedert gives them a 6’5” matchup problem in the middle of the field.
Los Angeles Chargers – Christian Kirk WR Texas AM
Seattle Seahawks – Mike McGlinchey OL Notre Dame The offensive line in Seattle is in shambles and your QB is paying for it. If Seattle hopes to make playoffs this year they need to get back to protecting their QB. McGlinchey is the answer here.
Dallas Cowboys – Courtland Sutton WR SMU
Detroit Lions – Arden Key EDGE LSU Key won’t show up at the top of the sheet for measurables at the combine, but he is at the top of the the in game stats sheet. Head Coach Matt Patricia wants a first round toy to play with, Arden Key fits that mold nicely.
Buffalo Bills – DJ Moore WR Maryland
Buffalo Bills (From KC) – Lamar Jackson QB Louisville The Bills plan to keep Tyrod Taylor, but they still need to address the future of the QB position. Lamar Jackson is perfect for the Bills. Although he will be a work in progress as far as his passing goes, he has the athleticism to shed tackles and extend plays.
Los Angeles Rams – Harold Landry EDGE Boston College
Carolina Panthers – Will Hernandez OL UTEP Although Hernandez is best known for his run blocking, he is still a great pass protector. Carolina’s offensive line showed spots of vulnerability last season and the result was shorter routes by WR Devin Funchess and RB Christian McCaffrey. If the Panthers want bigger plays they need to give Cam more time to throw. Adding Hernandez is a step on the right direction.
Tennessee Titans – Vita Vea DL Washington
Atlanta Falcons – Isaiah Wynn OL Georgia Wynn is one of the smallest tackles in the draft, however looks are very deceiving in his case. Wynn was the anchor of the Georgia offensive line last year and is an automatic starter in the NFL.
New Orleans Saints – Isaiah Oliver CB Colorado
Pittsburgh Steelers – Rashaan Evans LB Alabama Evans is a linebacker from Alabama… what more do you want? The Steelers offense basically runs itself at this point and with the unfortunate injury to Ryan Shazier last season, drafting Evans in this spot is a must.
Jacksonville Jaguars – Jaier Alexander CB Louisville
Minnesota Vikings – Maurice Hurst DL Michigan Hurst is a versatile defensive lineman that can play any scheme in the NFL. With a defensive unit as creative and talented as the Vikings, he is a perfect fit.
New England Patriots – Luke Falk QB Washington State
Philadelphia Eagles – Derrius Guice RB LSU It would be a mistake for the Eagles to pass on Guice here. With LeGarrette Blount likely leaving in free agency, underperforming backs Smallwood and Barner likely to be released, the Eagles will look for a RB weapon to compliment Ajayi and Clement. Guice would put this offense over the top.
